Summary
When working on these kind of projects the flow is broken down into stages,
Pre-Production
In this sage, we plan and visualize the whole thing. And here is where we will decide the time and cost of the project. Thus, the process goes in the following flow,
Once you message me regarding an advertisement, you will fill a short google form regarding the Advertisement.
If the request is approved, a process fee of $50 must be paid up-front to process the meetings and crafting of the story.
a meeting will take place to discuss the advertises in depth.
a week later a storyboard will be produced and sent over to the client to review and edit
a meeting will take place to finalize the story and fix the deadline of the project along with the cost
Half of the project fee must be paid upfront, to start working on the project.
Production
The client will be sent updates every 2 weeks regarding the progress of the project while it's in the production phase
Delivery
The client must pay the remaining amount of the project fees to be handed the files
reviews are going to be agreed on during the meeting and on the invoice
What's included
The Animated Ad
in an (1080p)mp4 format
Licenses of assets used in Video, if needed
Sometimes assets like music clips, and textures are used to enhance the impact of the advertisement. Thus, a license of use is necessary to prove rights of use
