  Reviewing the UAT tickets to understand the issue being reported and the steps to reproduce the problem. • Reproducing the issue in a test environment to validate the reported defect. • Documenting your findings and observations in the Jira ticket, including any relevant screenshots, logs, or error messages. • Assigning the ticket to the appropriate development team or individual to fix the issue. • Communicating with the development team to ensure that the issue is resolved in a timely manner. • Verifying the fix once it has been implemented to ensure that the issue has been resolved. • Performing a successful patch deployment involves ensuring that the patch is installed correctly and making sure that the system or application remains secure and up-to-date with the latest patches and updates, without causing any adverse effects on the system or application being patched. • Performing Functional Testing, Re-testing, and Regression testing. • Managing the changes and executing regression tests. • Maintaining Traceability Matrix • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. • Execute the test cases to validate customer requirement. • Performing API testing through the Postman tool. • Participate in scrum meeting to discuss about project progress report every day • Log the defect using defect management tool such as Jira. • Performing Performance Testing like: - Load, Stress & Volume Using J- Meter tool.
