I start thing with an initial meeting online or face to face to discuss the discovery phase, I always suggest to clients to be involved in this phase to get a better view of what needs to be done and seen in the projects. This way we can make sure that the project goes in the right direction. I will also not be putting extra charges / give a limit on how many times there are revisions as long as it is for minor changes along the way.
