Summary
I will create a separate style.css and javascript file for your HTML elements to beautify your webpage. We can have weekly meetings to discuss progress and milestones to meet deadlines.

Working website with static CSS elements
All existing HTML elements will be redesigned based on defined feel of client.
Adding flourishes through animation and response to user interaction
React or Javascript can be used for this. Hosting will not be provided.
Final fixes and adjustments
