• Payments can be sent after the consultation via E-transfer, Wise, or Paypal (Please Contact directly for payment information)

• You'll receive an email to schedule a one-on-one consultation with me via email, voice call, or discord to discuss your visions and needs for your custom illustration

• In 5-7 Business days, you will receive a Preview of your Concept Illustration (Including Artist's Watermark) to discuss the illustration and make final decisions with the artwork. Once you have received and approved a finalized concept, you will be emailed a Google Drive Link with your Digital File; including the Illustrator file, PDF, PNG image, and JPEG file of your Illustration to keep. * (Drive files must be saved for personal use once the Drive link is received. The link to the files will expire in one week's time from the date that the files are uploaded and emailed to you) *Please note: There are no refunds once the Illustration has been approved and the Watermark has been removed.*

• Edits or Changes: If you require any changes or edits after you have received your finalized illustration, there will be an additional fee of $5.00 per requested change. Once the changes have been discussed, you may pay this fee prior to any new changes being made. Once payment is received and the requested changes have been completed, you will be emailed a new Drive link with your updated Digital Illustration for approval (Watermark included). Once you have approved the change(s), you will then receive a Drive link with your updated Illustration to keep! (Watermarks Removed)

• Refunds: If you are unhappy with the quality of work you have received, You may request a complete Re-Draw along with an email explaining the issues with the illustration you had previewed. After 5-7 Business days, You will then receive new Concept Illustration (With Artist's Watermark included) in an updated Drive Link. Once you have approved the Re-Drawn artwork, the Watermarks will then be removed and updated in your Drive Link so that you may save the digital files to keep for your personal use. *Please note: There are no refunds once the artwork has been approved and the watermarks have been removed* You must save the new files within one week's time of receiving the updated Drive Link. If you are unsatisfied after previewing the new Re-Drawn & Watermarked Illustration, please forward a list of issues with the artwork and your payments will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
