Summary
Not sure how users are reacting to your product or don't know why a certain metric is performing as you'd expect? I'll run a series of participants (either your actual users or individuals with similar characteristics) through your site and ask pointed questions to pinpoint problem areas and recommend solutions.
Process
Recruitment - Together we'll come up with a list of demographic criteria for the usability testers. If you have contact info for current users we will use this to recruit. Otherwise, I will recruit from a platform such as User Interviews (for an additional fee)
Testing - I will walk participants through key features of your site or app and asked them predetermined questions about their experience. I recommend doing this with 5-10 participants.
Findings - I will write a summary of the findings including key pain points and recommendations for improvement.
