    I only accept the Equirectangular projection format.

  • What are the acceptable file types for videos?

    Accept MP4, .MOV, .INSV (Insta360 platform), and .360 (GoPro platform) file formats.

  • How should I send files if I shot with a GoPro 360 camera?

    It's better to send the original files with the file extension .360 without preprocessing them.

  • What is Nadir?

    Nadir refers to the point on the celestial sphere directly below the observer.

  • What if I shooWhat if I shoot with a different 360 camera like Kandao, Vuze, Ricoh Theta, or Samsung Gear?

    You need to export the footage to equirectangular format (ProRes or H.264) and send the files.
