Great for business owners who are just getting into the market and are in need of a bold visual identity that helps tell their story.

Process

ENQUIRY

In this stage, we’ll find out more about your brand and desires through an enquiry form. You will then book a date, so that we can discuss your responses. This meeting will take us into the next step.

Duration: 30-60 mins

2. DISCOVERY

Here, we will meet at a date and time that we would have agreed upon in the enquiry stage. Meetings will be held online on Zoom or Google Meet, where we would have a conversation on what’s best for your brand.

3. PROJECT PROPOSAL, CONTRACT & INVOICE

Once I have an understanding of what your brand requires, you will receive a proposal. It will include the project’s deliverables, process and timeline. You will also receive a contract to sign, and an invoice with details on how to make your payment. Work will not begin until you have signed the contract and made, at least, a downpayment.

Duration: 7 days to make your payment. If the deadline has passed without any understanding or agreement, you will lose your spot.

4. RESEARCH

Here, I will analyze your brand and competition and look for inspiration on creating what was requested. At the end of the stage, you will select one of two moodboards which will be the reference for your brand.

Duration: 1-2 days

5. DESIGN & REVIEW

At this part of the process, I will begin creating concepts and start bringing your our ideas to life. Once the concepts are finished, we will meet online, once again, so that you can provide feedback.

Next, requested changes will be made. Once you’re satisfied with the logo suite, I will design other deliverables, according to your package.

Duration: Up to 3 weeks. Depends on amount of content to be created and revisions requested. (After 3 revisions, an additional fee will be applied.)

**Note:** At this point, you will have 7 days to make any outstanding payments. Failure to do so, without any understanding or agreement, will put a pause on the project and you will not receive your files until the invoice is paid in full.

6. FAREWELL

Once the final edits and designs are made, you will receive your files and we shall say *au revoir* to one another. Files consist of deliverables and a small farewell package.

Duration: 1 to 2 days to organize and export files.

FAQs

How much do your services cost?
Each project is different; therefore, a final cost can only be given after I know what is required. This information will be provided in the Project Proposal, which also includes the project’s timeline.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. You can pay the final rate in halves - that is in two installments. The first must be paid to secure your booking and the second, before you receive your files. More details will be included in the contract.
How long will the process take?
It depends on the project and the amount of the deliverables to be created. The timeline and deadline will be included in the Project Proposal.
