The cost of the Strategic Discovery Session can be credited towards your full website project if you choose to continue with my services. Either way this Strategic Session will give you enough information to make a well informed decision.
How soon after the session will I receive the follow-up report?
Expect the detailed report within 1-2 business days after our session, ensuring you have all the information needed to move forward with your project.
What if I need further assistance after the session?
I provide a range of additional support and services beyond the strategy session, including full website development, web optimisation, and ongoing consultations at a rate of $100/h. We can discuss further steps according to your needs.
Is there a cancellation policy for the session?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the session will result in the full payment being retained. This policy helps me manage my schedule efficiently and accommodate other clients effectively.
