This is my basic community management contract for established communities that require ongoing moderation and engagement. I've previously delivered this package for communities in tech (DevOps, TechEd, OSS) and craft (knitting) sectors.

What's included

Community content calendar
Identify and implement appropriate content types, rituals, cadences, e.g. daily/weekly/monthly seed content, AMAs/member spotlights, featured content, product updates, and/or surveys. Deliver content calendar (with content) for 1 month, in advance of the start of the month. Share appropriate content with social media or marketing teams on a defined cadence.
Community moderation and spam management
Daily check for spam content, and appropriate processing according to community SOPs. Daily review of user-generated content, and appropriate responses according to community SOPs. Publish ritual content according to content calendar, and appropriate responses according to community SOPs.
Community engagement
Responding to user-generated content (e.g. answering questions, redirecting questions). Daily review of user-generated content, and appropriate responses according to community SOPs. Publish ritual content according to content calendar, and appropriate responses according to community SOPs.
Community rewards and gameification
Awarding badges according to rewards program guidelines. Adding users to swag assignment database, according to rewards program guidelines.
