Before the project begins, I will break down all project components, including requirements, feature designs, and other key aspects. I will then prepare a detailed document for this scoping phase, commonly referred to as a Scope of Work (SOW) or Specification Document.

I will create a project timeline to give the team a clear understanding of key deadlines and the overall delivery schedule. This timeline will be shared with everyone and treated as one of the project deliverables.

I will arrange a kickoff meeting with the team and present a document to ensure everyone clearly understands the project goals and requirements.

I will recommend the most suitable project management or development framework to use, whether it’s Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum. I will also set up the necessary task management and communication tools to support the team’s workflow.

As part of our daily routine, I will provide reporting documentation that covers work progress, status updates, blockers, and additional notes.

After the development team completes the features, I will conduct product testing and collaborate with the team to make any necessary adjustments.

Once the product is ready and meets the requirements, I will prepare the necessary documentation and arrange a demo presentation to showcase the development results.

After the product passes testing and meets all requirements, I will prepare release documentation outlining the steps needed before the product goes live.
