What's included

• Project scoping

  Before the project begins, I will break down the project items, including requirements, feature design, and other aspects. I will provide the document for this scoping phase, commonly referred to as the scope of work document or specification document

• Development planning & scheduling

  I will create a timeline for the project, ensuring that the team has a clear vision of when the project should be delivered. This timeline will be visible to everyone and can be considered one of the deliverables.

• Project kick-off and briefing

  I will organize a kickoff meeting with the team, using a presentation document to ensure that all team members understand the project and its requirements.

• Setup project management system and framework

  I will suggest the project management or development framework to be used, whether it’s agile, waterfall, or scrum. Additionally, I’ll set up the necessary task management and communication tools that will beneficiary to the team.

• Weekly/Daily Progress Reporting and Monitoring

  As part of our daily routine, I will provide reporting documentation that includes work progress, status updates, any blockers, and additional notes.

• Quality testing and feedback management

  After the development team completes the features, I will conduct testing on the product and collaborate with the team to make necessary adjustments.

• Project demo and presentation

  Once the product is ready and meets the requirements, I will prepare the necessary documentation and arrange a demo presentation to showcase the development results.

• Production release and deployment management

  After the product meets the requirements and passes testing, I will prepare release documentation that outlines the necessary steps before the product goes live.
