Starting at $400 for up to eight hours of work within one week. Includes a short kickoff, organization of agreed project folders, a status and action tracker, reconciliation of the supplied invoice/expense list and a wrap handoff. Kickoff and final handoff are included in the eight-hour scope.

You provide the source documents, project priorities and required access. Missing documents and unresolved items are clearly flagged for your team. Additional hours or expanded scope receive a separate quote.

This service covers production administration. Tax advice, certified bookkeeping, legal clearance, vendor payments and physical production labor are outside the scope. On-set coordination and Assistant Director work are booked separately, with hours, overtime, location, travel and payment terms agreed before confirmation.
