Qualified leads receive a personalized welcome email, get logged into Google Sheets, and trigger an instant Telegram notification. Unqualified leads receive a polite rejection automatically — no manual work, no wasted time. If a qualified lead doesn't respond, a second workflow runs daily at 9am and sends up to 3 tailored follow-up emails, updating the sheet status after each one.
