Summary
- Deep dive into a brand's identity based on information (logo, website, social media platforms, tone of voice) shared by the client.
- Selection of provided information by the client or search for relevant information that best fits the goal of the video.
- Outlining and structuring the article (based on a number of words and tone) using the Google Docs platform or other writing software the client works with.
- Development of the article to its full extent (based on the number of words defined or pages requested by the client).
- Revision of the overall grammar, orthography and precision of the piece.
- Creation of a new version of the final written piece based on the feedback received from the first version of the article.
What's included
Initial steps
- Contact via email (or Contra project) to share a brief of the project. - Set a clear understanding (via email or Contra Project) about the final desired outcome of the project (number of words, format, tone, a platform to be shared on). - Define the project deadline (several time frames or just the ending one) via email or Contra project. - Send any necessary previous information (including articles, research and brand guidelines) to be included or featured in the writing piece.
Work timeline (1 week per article)
- Research the topic, brand or entrepreneur to write about. - Develop an overall structure on Google Docs. - Define sections of the full article on Google Docs. - Write the final article on Google Docs. - Apply a grammar and orthography revision using Grammarly.
Deliver article
- Share the project via Contra project or email to get feedback from the client. - Wait for approval on the final written piece or receive information about new changes and revisions that need to be applied.
Revision (time frame based upon quantity of changes)
- Edit a second version of the delivered written piece to make the necessary changes. - Deliver the article via email or Contra project to get final feedback.
