First please let me know the purpose of the transcription and why it will be used. After receiving the audio/video, I will start doing the transcription. A sample will be sent to you to check if that's how you want the proceeding files to be delivered in such a way. If you agree up on it, I will proceed. If not, it will be changed to your format. All the final document will be sent to you, and will be edited based on your comments.
