  Discussion - 1. Organisation's strategic goals 2. How will the web application fit into the strategic goals 3. What tools and personnel will be needed to arrive at the intended solution. 4. Invite the relevant talent if needed, to improve the discussion

• Delivery

  Discussion - 1. Perform the necessary Research 2. Create a Road map from inception to the final product of the web application. 3. List all actionable items and deadline for these items
