Summary

For those in need of a basic foundation kit to get started with their brandQ

-> Please add a link to your pinterest board, to see if I'm the perfect designer for you. (anywhere between 3-5 photos, should be sufficient to communicate a sense of vision for you brand) <-

Process

-> After your message I'll look into your pinterest board to see if we're a match!

-> If we are, I'll set up a meeting and I'll ask you to fill out an inquiry form together so that we can crystalize the brief. I will then send you the proposal and once that is a go invoices and contracts will be sent

->Once the deposit is made I will actively plan you into my calender to the timeframe we agreed to, and I'll send you the link to your very own customised client portal and an onboarding welcome document.

--> Once we're familiar with the client portal and I've received all the files I need to conduct research

-> It's time to start creating the moodboards to determine the creative direction. From the 2 moodboard, one will be picked and iterated upon, since I work with a one concept method which reduces confusion and increases quality and in depth attention to one custom concept.

--> Once the creative direction is determined the project continues according to the timeframe that was agreed upon, where I'll be uploading deliverables on the client platform and streamlining our communication there.

--> I'll prepare a small brandpresentation and iterate if necessary.

--> If you're ready to sign off, I'll send you to the offboarding section of your client portal and upload all the deliverables once the second half of the payment is made

I'll collect all my resources and I'll send you a link to your customised client portal to track the process. This way we have a designated place for all important dates, feedback and validation moments and access to all needed documents in one place.
