What's included

• Functional Website

  The primary deliverable is a fully functional website that meets the project requirements. This includes all the features, pages, and functionalities agreed upon during the planning phase.

• Responsive and Interactive Design

  The website should be responsive, meaning it adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile). Ensuring a consistent user experience across devices is crucial.

• Clean Code

  Clients receive the source code for their website. It should be well-organized, maintainable, and follow best practices. Clean code makes future updates and maintenance easier.

• Documentation

  Detailed documentation helps clients understand how the website works, how to manage content, and any custom features. It includes instructions for using the CMS (if applicable), APIs, and other integrations.

• Testing/QA and reports

  Clients should receive testing reports that demonstrate the website’s functionality, performance, and security. This includes unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing.

• SEO

  Deliverables related to search engine optimization (SEO) include meta tags, sitemaps, and optimized content. Clients should expect their website to be search engine-friendly.

• Training (If using CMS for dynamic websites)

  If the client plans to manage the website themselves, training sessions on content management, analytics, and basic troubleshooting may be part of the deliverables.

• Deployment

  - Client can choose to deploy and host themselves or through me. - If latter I can assist with deploying the website to a production server and configuring hosting services. This ensures the site is accessible to users. - Hosting cost should be provided by the client.
