What's included
List of stakeholders and business questions
Identifying business needs in the immediate term is critical, but scalability is also a big deal. I'll produce a list of your business stakeholders and the questions you're trying to use metrics to answer.
Tracked feedback
You will receive a document tracking all of your feedback on the dashboard. This helps keep everything on track and can be used to set the scene for future dashboards. Think of it as a design document in the rough!
List of metrics
You will receive a list of metrics that we derive from your business questions. All metrics don't need to be used in the final dashboard, but again: we're trying to make you scalable. Use this document in the future!
Dashboard/Map (1-3 views)
You will receive a dashboard or map with 1-3 views (further views can be negotiated based on need). This dashboard will be deployed to your dashboard ecosystem with hypercare provided for 4 weeks post-deployment.
