Process

Project Inquiry
After I’ve received your Project Inquiry email and I think that we may be a good fit, I’ll reach out via email to set up our first chat! We’ll connect 1:1 and discuss the parameters of your project, your goals, your timeline, and more.
After our call, I’ll send over a Project Proposal. This will break down every deliverable, timeline, and investment quote for your project. If you accept the proposal within 7 days, I’ll then send over the Agreement Form to review and sign, and an Invoice will be sent to collect a non-refundable deposit and secure your spot in my books to make it official!
2. Discover
On the week of your Project Start Date, we will hop on an introductory onboarding call to start working on the beginning stages of your project! We’ll go over your answers in the Client Brand Questionnaire so I can get a better understanding of your overall vision and goals. I’ll also give you a crash course of your Client Portal using Notion, which will be the main hub for our project progress and communication. (No more long and confusing email threads)! We’ll also spend a few days creating a mood board to get a feel for the style aesthetics that you are drawn to or like.
3. Create
With all the information I need to understand your project, I will begin creating the assets for your project! I’ll spend the next week creating concepts and I’ll put together the First Drafts, including a refined mood board, color palette, and typography suite recommendations.
Once the First Drafts have been presented, this is where you will pick one concept to move forward with. I will be able to focus on refining a more cohesive look based on your feedback and notes. This includes your provided 2 free rounds of revisions and I’ll also create any additional assets included with your package.
4. Launch
Once all the assets of your project are approved, I’ll begin exporting your final files. I’ll create your Brand Guidelines document, which will be really handy in case you need to create any future graphics, need to refer back to your Brand Messaging, or when working with a printer that asks for specific color codes.
Then we’ll wrap up, including an optional off boarding call, where we can go over any additional questions you may have, and I’ll require the final invoice payment before I hand over your final files. Then we’ll look forward to seeing your new project officially launch and staying in touch!

  • Can I just get a logo?

    I currently only offer the branding packages and services listed in this service, but they can be customized to your liking and business needs. Why? A logo is often not enough. Sure, a logo is important, but your dream clients and customers don’t just want to see a great logo, they want the whole look!

  • Will I be involved?

    Of course! We will be collaborating on your project and will encourage your participation in giving feedback. We will be using a Client Portal via Notion to communicate and track your project progress, as well as a final presentation to reveal your completed assets. No more long and confusing email threads!
