Tier 1 — Current Site Design + Build · $1,800 · 3 weeks Redesign and responsive implementation of one existing single-page website, design-system foundations, prototype, basic front-end QA, repository handoff, and one consolidated revision round.

Tier 2 — Full Website Design + Build · $2,850 · 4 weeks · Recommended Up to 5 unique page templates, desktop and mobile design, focused Figma design system, reusable component states, responsive front-end build, staging deployment, implementation notes, QA, handoff walkthrough, and two consolidated revision rounds.

Tier 3 — Extended Website System + Build · $3,800 · 4 weeks Up to 7 unique page templates, expanded component documentation, responsive front-end build, accessibility-focused design and code review, staging deployment, QA, handoff walkthrough, and two consolidated revision rounds.

The compressed schedule requires client-supplied content and assets, one decision-maker, consolidated feedback within two business days, and no material change to approved direction. Included development is the responsive marketing-site front end produced from the approved designs. Back-end systems, custom CMS development, databases, authentication, payment processing, property-data pipelines, NuvAI application features, AI/model integrations, hosting fees, ongoing maintenance, full copywriting, and translation are excluded unless separately quoted and approved.

Work begins only after the selected tier is documented in Contra, accepted, paid, and the required client materials and access are supplied.
