When submitting your items to their marketplaces, they need to undergo validation process to identify if the product data if filled out perfectly and able to meet their standards.
No worries! You have just landed to a right VA. I have previously executed projects with a specific focus on the US, UK, and Australian marketplaces.
In that projects, I meticulously uploaded 10k products with comprehensive information, ensuring they met stringent requirements.
After the products are loaded and approved on the marketplace, I take charge of synchronizing Shopify and the marketplace using a Shopify connector called Mirakl Connect.
I have extensive experience with Mirakl and Mirakl Connect (Shopify Connector) for many years. Not only am I limited to product listing, but I also handle troubleshooting with pricing, orders, and more.
My previous experience with challenging marketplaces in Mirakl includes Kohls, Dia, Paypair, Pyramyd Air, NBCU, Bloomingdales, Macy's, J.Crew, Onceit, Bunnings, Debenhams, and Mountain Warehouse marketplaces. Each of these marketplaces presents different difficulties in terms of attributes, image requirements, and title and description content.
Despite the challenges that each marketplace poses, I am still able to provide high-quality content for each listing, leading to a faster approval process.
Category: I am an expert at identifying the correct category for every listing to ensure they are showcased in the right spot on every marketplace. My meticulous approach reduces the tendency of product rejection.
Title: Optimizing titles while maintaining comprehensive detail in accordance with marketplace title requirements is one of the services I offer.
Images: I am adept at adhering to the marketplace's image standards. If there's a need to resize or adjust images, you can rely on me. Unlike other VAs who use AI to resize or enhance images, my approach remains manual to ensure the quality of images is preserved. I dislike seeing images being shrunk or pixelated when AI is used.
Description: Most of the Mirakl Marketplaces do not support HTMLs in the description, even though they have been removed. Consequently, some weird symbols may reflect on the backend or be rejected. To avoid this, I always take the time to review the content and make necessary adjustments.
Other attributes: I always ensure to utilize and fill out as many details as possible. I know that this greatly improves the item when live. Based on my experience, other attributes that are not customer-facing, as long as they are filled out, are very helpful in the marketplace, especially if they need to filter out brands for promotions.
My approach is not limited to filling out, uploading, and synchronizing the price and stock of your items from Shopify to the backend; I am also proactive in reaching out to the marketplace for follow-ups to ensure products are being reviewed or if there are other clarifications.
