About this service

Summary

This is ideal for the company that knows the importance of good, consistent branding but needs the freedom to easily maintain it in-house (or while working with multiple and varied freelancers). In my decade in the field I've saved previous clients thousands of euros by minimizing human error and cutting work times in half—let me do the same for you!

Process

• Consultation call. Lets discuss what your products are, what your most common design needs are, and what your workflow looks like

• Details from team. I'll ask for relevant details about your current softwares, files, etc., and will request you send over specific current files when relevant.

• Proposal. I'll come back to you with a detailed outline of what templates and guidelines seem most appropriate for your needs

• Approval or corrections to the proposal. Lets make sure we're 100% on the same page about what you'll be coming out with!

• Design. I'll begin developing the agreed upon materials, remaining in contact with you or your design team as needed to ensure optimal functionality.

• Delivery. I'll provide your guides and/or template package with all components included. You can then check over the materials, ensure everything is functioning properly in your software and working as you need it to.

• Approvals or revisions. If you need anything edited or clarified, now is the time we can workshop it together!

• Trainings (if included). Once the package is approved, we'll set up a time for a team training to make sure your team is empowered to use everything in the most effective ways.

• Finalization of project! Enjoy your shiny new guides and templates as they make your life easier and your branding more consistent and beautiful.

What's included

Comprehensive, easy to use brand guidelines
An easy-to-navigate, easy-to-apply brand guideline (in PDF form, unless requested otherwise). This will include specifications for: • Logo and logo variations (where applicable) • Brand colours • Brand fonts • Other brand elements as needed (i.e. illustrations, patterns, etc.) As well as an easy to follow set of guides for how and where to apply these rules, tailored to your company needs (do you create packaging? Other print materials? Are your branded materials predominantly social media? Lets talk and figure out how I can best clarify, standardize, and streamline your on-brand creation process!)
Design templates
Based on your needs, I'll create packaged, easy to use templates in the most suitable format for your needs. Possible template outputs include: • All logos & variations in the appropriate sizes for socials/print/etc • InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or other templates for your most common production needs (i.e. common social media post formats, corporate presentation slides, print-ready leaflet/menu/brochure/etc files with embedded instructions)
Updated branding materials (as needed)
If you have a logo but not a full branding package, I can also work with you to develop all the extra branding collateral you'll need to maintain a beautiful, consistent visual identity across your products and marketing.
Team training (as needed)
Whether you have a team of non-designers needing to maintain branding across different projects, or a team of designers ready for more standardization, we can set up a training (or trainings, as appropriate) to go over the new materials, make sure all their questions and needs are accounted for in the package, and train them on the quickest, easiest ways to use your new templates and guidelines. With your excellent new materials, make sure your team is set up for success and ready to hit the ground running!
