In addition to delivering the design spec, I can lead workshops to gather cross-functional input, perform user testing to validate design decisions, and synthesize feedback from key stakeholders during the discovery phase (if included in the project scope). This ensures that the final design is not only user-centered but also practical and implementable by the development team, reducing the need for revisions during development and facilitating a smooth hand-off to engineers.
