IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Monthly payment is made in advance. • Minimum commitment: 1 month. • This is not an unlimited modification service. • Several small requests may be grouped into one intervention. • Work starts after receiving the necessary website access and information. • Essential unused hours do not roll over. • Standard: up to 1 unused hour may roll over for one additional month. • Premium: up to 2 unused hours may roll over for one additional month. • Backup availability depends on the client’s hosting and storage environment.
