REBRANDING- WHERE DO WE START?
7 PHASES
PHASE ONE: Discovery Call
Its where I learn about your actual goal, target market, and emotions that you would like your potential clients to feel when they visit your site.
My role will be ensuring a consistent look and feel by developing and overseeing the artistic side of the design project. I will act as a bridge between the different people, teams, that will implement the web & video design from the mockups I create. Or I would be happy to provide a proposal for my web design services.
REVIEWING PROPOSAL > ACCEPTING BUDGET > SIGNING INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT > PROVIDING 50% Deposit
PHASE TWO: CREATIVE INSPIRATION & DEFINING THE NEW BRAND
The discovery phase of the rebranding initiative helps define the outline for the creative side of the project.
After we share inspiration/design examples, I create a Mood board & Brand Guide to formulate a basic layout design or presentation approach and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, and video.
PHASE THREE:  SET TIMELINE

PHASE FOUR: CREATE DESIGNS & PROVIDE PREVIEWS

Prepare storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development for website/marketing videos
PHASE FIVE: GIVE AND RECEIVE FEEDBACK
After you and your team have reviewed the preview of the designs we share our feedback Confer with creative, copy-writing, or production department heads to discuss presentation approaches, styles, techniques, and to coordinate creative activities.
FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY OF DESIGNS I present final layouts for approval for each design milestone Final payment is due before delivery of design assets
PHASE SIX:
Review and approve proofs of new web design implementation, printed copy materials developed by staff members.
We will schedule regular check-ins on the calendar to stay on schedule Where we will review illustrative material to determine if it conforms to standards and specifications.
PHASE SEVEN: EXECUTION OF THE BRAND Once all of the rebranding material has been implemented and approved, it’s time to execute the new brand and positioning statement. Traditional and nontraditional advertising mediums may be utilized depending on funds available, along with publicity strategies produced by the marketing team and delivered to the media.

  • Brand Guide

    Brand Style Guide A Digital Brand Guide that describes the elements of your brand and ensures consistent communications. It includes color palette, typography, graphic elements, and any other elements unique to your brand. Including graphic elements shapes, lines, custom patterns, 16 curated images and or illustrations/vector art or other elements that flesh out your brand’s visual theme. This digital Brand Guide lives on your new WIX website and will be used for creating new pages as your website develops. A URL will be provided as well as PDF & JPG. More items can be added to the Brand Identity Design Package in the final stage after website has been completed. Popular pieces include business cards, letterhead, brochures and info sheets, signage, social media post templates, or other digital templates or printed pieces. Pricing will depend on the scope of your unique needs.

  • Logo Design

    Logo Design The cornerstone of your company’s visual identity. After completing research and establishing a direction with you, I’ll sketch and refine ideas until I have the best 3 logo concepts to present to you. Your favorite solution will be selected and refined. Includes a final bundle of files suitable for every application, from print to web to promotional items and more, and unrestricted usage rights. Your logo kit would include the original vector source file created in Adobe Illustrator (AI), a PDF that's also vector, as well as raster JPEGs and/or PNGs that you can place in Word Docs, emails, website listings, etc.. They would come in 3 folders... CMYK (for print), RGB (for web or TV), and flat black/white for things like a 1 color imprints on specialty items. You may also want a two-color version using the Pantone Matching System that all printers go by for color matching (also known as spot colors) in case you ever need it reproduced in just two colors rather than all of them. The original vector file can be modified and enlarged to any size (without losing quality) for different uses. All the other formats can be created from it.
