Overview
Your audit is finished, but the client's fixes are still waiting. Some require WordPress access, others need code changes, and each recommendation needs a clear definition of what “done” means before your team can report it as completed.
I provide hands-on technical SEO implementation for agencies working with existing WordPress and Next.js websites. You retain the client relationship and strategic direction. I turn an agreed part of the backlog into changes, verification evidence and a handoff your account team can use.
The work can include page metadata and canonical output, internal links, redirect rules, sitemap and indexability corrections, or a defined route/template issue. I check the recommendation against the site's current behavior before changing it, so an old audit does not become a set of unquestioned production edits.
Starting scope and timing
A typical first engagement covers one client website and one prioritized batch of up to five agreed tickets. Each ticket identifies the affected pages or template, intended behavior, implementation owner and completion check. Ticket complexity determines the quote; a five-item list is not automatically a small project.
Allow 5–10 business days after the approved brief, access and working environment are ready. New page production, broad content strategy, link acquisition and unrelated maintenance are scoped separately. A recurring arrangement can use the same process with capacity and response times agreed in advance.
What you receive
A reconciled implementation list showing what can proceed, what needs clarification and any material dependencies.
The agreed WordPress settings, content changes or code corrections, delivered through the site's existing review process.
Before/after technical evidence for the affected behavior, with coverage and unresolved exceptions clearly stated.
A concise change log and handoff your team can turn into its client update.
Release and rollback notes, plus checks of the approved live changes when deployment is included.
Relevant experience
Through a reseller relationship, I completed technical SEO implementation for a professional-services WordPress site. The work included Search Console and sitemap setup, homepage and priority-page technical corrections, and documented live verification. I handled revisions and recorded the remaining exceptions. That is the delivery pattern behind this service: clear scope, implemented work and evidence the agency can review.
How the work runs
Agree the batch: Review your audit and priorities, reproduce the issues and define acceptance checks.
Implement: Make the approved changes in the agreed environment and flag dependencies promptly.
Review: Present the changes and evidence to your nominated reviewer; complete one consolidated clarification and correction round.
Release and hand over: Check the approved release and provide the status of every ticket in the batch.
What I need from you
Your audit or ticket list, the client site's URL, priorities and relevant access. Provide the existing development/release process, known constraints, a single agency reviewer, and permission boundaries for code, content and production changes.
