Process

You purchase the service here.
You create and share a wordpress login detail and FTP Access to your server. FTP is not mandatory but helps to better secure the website files.
After purchase, I will share with you a Trello dashboard access and email to connect and send design and change requests.
You can create the task request on Trello, and we will implement this same in 48 hours or earlier. However, for complex problems, the time duration might be longer.
You will recieve an email confirmation when the task is complete.
Repeat the steps 5 and 6 till you have no more change requests remaining.

  • How to connect with you or provide change requests ?

    You will have access to a specific Trello dashboard. You can submit all requests there. In case of any emergency , you can mail us directly or mention URGENT on the Trello task

  • How often do you perform backups, updates, and cleanups? How do I know when it is done ?

    Backups are performed daily. Updates are done bi-weekly. Cleanups are done weekly. You will receive a performance report at the end of every month with details of all activities done.

  • How do you maintain data security ?

    We follow strict data security guidelines due to our services being served to NBFC and finance companies. All your website data never leave your servers and we do not extract any data. Backups of websites are also saved on encrypted cloud servers powered by Google

  • Are there any limitations on content and design revisions?

    No, unlimited means unlimited.

  • What is the average time for resolution ?

    The average time to complete a request is 48 hours. However, in case of complex problems, the time duration can be longer.

  • Do you provides graphic, or texts ?

    No. You will have to provide any text, image, video or graphics that you want to be added to the website.

  • What happens if my website goes down or encounters an issue?

    We check the servers, and install immediate disaster recovery methods to make the website live and running within 24 hours.

  • Is there a refund if I cancel in between ?

    No. We install firewalls, backup and monitoring systems for the entire month which are non-refundable.

  • Can I create new landing page in this service package ?

    We can duplicate an existing page and update text and images. however, completely new landing page development is not included in this package and can be discussed as a separate billable activity.

  • Can I request new features?

    No. However we can build new features after discussion as a separate billable activity.

  • Why no work examples ?

    Our existing clientele have stringent data security guidelines which do not allow me to showcase the projects publicly. As a valuable partner, we will not be sharing your project details with anyone either.

  • Is this valid for Ecommerce Websites ?

    Yes but only if your product quantity is below 500 and your monthly visitor count is below 50000 users.

  • How many requests can I send at once ?

    You can send 2 requests at any point at once. you can only add two new requests when the initial two are completed.

  • Troubleshooting Bugs

    Identify, source and resolve bugs across the website. Generally this takes about 24 hours but in case of higher complexity, this time duration can be higher.
