I have extensive experience with a variety of documentation tools that include but are not limited to Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML, XMetaL, Tridion Docs, MindTouch (Knowledge Management Platform), and Microsoft Office apps as well as experience with CMS, DITA, and XML. Other software experience includes Git, Markdown, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and numerous bug-tracking software applications.
