How will we work together?
I will send you regular updates on progress and notify you when something requires your full attention (such as feedback) usually via Slack or email (depending on your preference). We will mostly work async and schedule calls as necessary.
How do we prioritize what gets worked on?
We'll establish priorities during kickoff based on your most pressing needs. As things evolve, we adjust via Slack. I work on whatever moves your product forward most.
