First meeting

If this is our first meeting, we get to know each other a bit so we can see if we are a good fit for each other.

Here, you introduce me to your project so I can provide my point of view. I will let you know what's my availability and we can discuss a project budget so both sides can be happy.

Our first meeting is not getting billed so we can talk freely about your project :D

Every other meeting/Alignment call

If we have a second meeting, we have probably agreed to do the project so in these meetings we will be talking about ongoing project stuff. Being that my progress or you showing me the design changes.

These meetings will be billable, but only if they are longer than 15 minutes.
