  That's right. Although my pricing is on the lower end of the spectrum, that doesn't mean I'm sacrificing my talent at your expense. On the contrary, I'm working hard to make sure you're receiving a level of work you'd be proud to tell everyone came from you.

  I'm a communicator; it's what I do as a day job. If I have questions, I will ask them. If I have suggestions, I will make them. If I have concerns, I will voice them. And I will do all of this in a timely manner. Not only do I value my time as a creator, I value yours as a client.

  Now let's get concrete. I'm making some promises here, but haven't exactly mentioned the physical manifestation of those promises. My goal is for the work your consumers and users experience to be flawless. I copyedit myself, I use tools such as Grammarly and Hemingway Editor to make sure I'm not getting too carried away. There are rules to the web that I adhere to; they are rules users may not be able to articulate or know how to find on the web, but they experience every time they read web content. We need to stay accessible. We need to stay at the appropriate reading level for the average internet user. And we need to make sure our content makes sense. All of this is where I come in. I do the research, I put in the work, so you don't have to think twice about it.
