My goal is for the work your consumers and users experience to be flawless. I copyedit myself, I use tools such as Grammarly and Hemingway Editor to make sure I'm not getting too carried away. There are rules to the web that I adhere to; they are rules users may not be able to articulate or know how to find on the web, but they experience every time they read web content. We need to stay accessible. We need to stay at the appropriate reading level for the average internet user. And we need to make sure our content makes sense. All of this is where I come in. I do the research, I put in the work, so you don't have to think twice about it.
