Prior to beginning the project we send over a discovery survey to get the details on why you are migrating from WordPress to Webflow and what needs to be migrated. After the survey is received we will hold a 30-60 minute discovery session to go over the nuance of your migration (ex. integrations, complex content, design/feature updates, etc.) and answer any questions you might have!

After the discovery phase we hop into the website redevelopment to port your WordPress site to Webflow! At this point we can incorporate any design/feature updates if necessary.

Blog posts, projects, and any other content are migrated to the Webflow site to ensure when we launch everything remains the same just in a new CMS.

Once the redevelopment and content migration are complete we begin internal QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) to make sure the site is all buttoned up prior to your review.

The site has our stamp of approval to go live, but now is your chance to verify the migration is how you expect and to bring craftsmanship errors and bugs that might have slipped through the cracks to our attention.

It's time to launch! We will transfer the Webflow site to your own account so you maintain full ownership. When we have the green light to launch we will either work with your internal IT (or you can provide us access) to update your DNS records to point your domain to the Webflow site. We can also launch the site on a new domain (ex. theacmecorp.co -> acmecorp.com), which will be discussed during discovery if needed.

After the site is launched we provide 14 days of support to cover any craftsmanship errors or bugs that are discovered once the site is live. If new features or design changes are needed at this time we can discuss add-services.

Once the 14 day support period ends we love to stay in touch and provide assistance as the site grows! We are just a message away and can provide quotes for our maintenance packages or add-services for new pages and functionalities.
