I don't redesign for the sake of it. I find the specific moments where design is costing you users, revenue or time, then fix those first.

Week 1: Audit + Strategy. I map the current experience, identify where users drop off or get confused, and prioritise what to fix first. We align on the highest-impact work.

Week 2-3: Design + Prototype. I redesign the key flows in Figma, prototype them, and test where possible. You see progress daily, not at the end. We iterate until it works.

Week 4: Handoff + Documentation. Complete design system, annotated specs and developer-ready files. Everything your engineering team needs to build it right.
