How it works:
Week 1: Audit + Strategy. I map the current experience, identify where users drop off or get confused, and prioritise what to fix first. We align on the highest-impact work.
Week 2-3: Design + Prototype. I redesign the key flows in Figma, prototype them, and test where possible. You see progress daily, not at the end. We iterate until it works.
Week 4: Handoff + Documentation. Complete design system, annotated specs and developer-ready files. Everything your engineering team needs to build it right.
I designed the blood donation app for the American Red Cross that dropped appointment abandonment from 90% to under 10% and generated $90m+ in revenue. I took Qured from concept to shipped MVP in 21 days. I redesigned Nuuds' checkout flow for a brand that hit $100m in under 3 years.
