• Who’s behind Designhop?

  Surprising fact: Designhop is a one-person agency. Collaborate directly with Huzaifa, the founder and design engineer. Our clients span the globe, including Y Combinator startups, early-stage ventures, angel investors, and creators.

• Why not hire a full-time designer and developer?

  Hiring full-time professionals can be a headache. It's costlier and more challenging to manage. A senior designer might set you back $100k+, while a developer could easily exceed $300k. That's a total of $500k+ when you factor in benefits, vacation days, and more. With Designhop, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

• What if I'm not happy with the results?

  This doesn't happen very often, if you're not happy, we offer unlimited revisions. We'll continue refining the project until you're 100% content.

• Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

  Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

• How do I request designs?

  Designhop offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
