Process

→ Discovery

To get started, I must understand what your brand is all about and what kind of results you are looking to achieve. With this in mind, we start with initial introductions and creative brief. We will discuss your personal needs, I will review your current branding state, and we can agree on timing. After we communicate the creative brief, I can start with design.

→ Design

Each asset is different, but we will talk about your personal expectations, what software you prefer and what visuals you are looking for. I will always be clear on timing and how long it will take me to deliver the particular type of assets you need.

Depending on complexity, the usual timing for a ope-pager can be from 1-2 days turnaround, to more complex work such as presentation design (up to a week for more then 15 slides).

→ Review

To kick off the final stage to this project, you will receive the assets you request in a format you need. I will be able to support and incorporate your feedback as quick as possible.

We will first discuss your personalized needs. We can talk about your existing brand and which touchpoints you want me to work on using your current branding. I can work with your design system, and read your brand guidelines to assure we can deliver a consistent results.
✦ Setting up a creative brief with the deliveries
We will precisely discuss all your needs, timeline, expectations, and the assets you want me to produce. Depending on your personal needs, we can set a delivery schedule for each asset. We will document everything before I start to avoid any confusion in the future and ensure you get the best results. At the end I will create a creative brief (.doc) for us to rely on. *I am not charging you for this part.
✦ Brand assets delivery
Polished and final assets delivery. Assets that I help with: -Presentations (GSlides, Keynote, Figma); -Brochures (digital + print); -Social media posts (Instagram, X, Youtube, LinkedIn); -Social media banners ; -Internal branding; -Blog post banner; -Simple illustrations; -eBooks.

All assets are are subject to 2 rounds of client review, feedback and subsequent modification by the designer.
