Most automation doesn't fail loudly. It stops firing, or a token expires, and everything looks normal until someone notices the orders stopped three weeks ago.

WHAT IS MONITORED

Up to 15 workflows across n8n, Make, or Zapier, plus the integrations they depend on - Shopify, CRM, Google Workspace, and your own APIs. I check that each one is still running on its expected schedule, that runs are completing rather than erroring, that OAuth tokens and credentials are still valid, and that nothing is stuck retrying forever.

WHAT YOU GET

Exception-only reporting. If everything is healthy you hear nothing - silence is the product. When something breaks you get what failed, when it started, what it has cost you so far in missed records, and the diagnosis.

RESPONSE

Next business day for diagnosis. Repairs inside the agreed scope - re-auth, fixing a broken step, restoring a stalled workflow - are included.

WHAT IS EXCLUDED

New feature builds, migrations, platform or API fees, and anything needing a rewrite. Those get quoted separately. Monitoring is not a disguised retainer for unlimited work.

HOW IT WORKS

Read-only access where possible. The checking itself is automated - it is the same machinery I run against my own systems - so your monthly fee buys the diagnosis and the repair, not someone manually clicking through dashboards.

Month to month, cancel any time. First month is the test: if it catches nothing and you'd rather stop, stop.
