• Usability test digital products before and after they go to market to recognize user pain points and strategize how to alleviate
• Study emerging tech trends and plan how to incorporate into the product, including machine learning, cryptocurrency, and IoT
• UX audit products to identify potential obstacles in user experience or product position, delivering solutions on how to lower the barrier to entry and increase retention rate.
