Summary
My video editing services are charged on a by-hour rate and start with a base charge depending on video length.
Deadlines must be provided upon request and there will be a rush charge if it's not disclosed 7 days before the deadline.
I have the right to refuse any project for any reason.
Down payments will be discussed upon request.
