Whether you're struggling with a mental health issue or looking for ways to unlock your full potential, you don't have to do it alone!
I'm here to help you navigate these uncharted waters, one step at a time. As your psychology counselor, I'd be honored to assist and gently guide you on your journey of self-development.
When you work with me, you can feel free to show up as your authentic self and be seen, heard, and understood empathetically, with compassion and radical acceptance.

Process

During our first consultation, we get to know each other. You tell me a bit about your expectations, and we agree on a common goal to work towards.
We meet (ideally) once per week to discuss any ongoing struggles and your progress. You can expect a personalised approach where I use these tools and techniques that suit your specific needs.
As we go on, we can touch base and agree on a timeline for working together. Once you feel my services helped you sufficienty, we can finalise working together. However, if you'd like to continue our sessions long-term, I'm open to that as well.

    Whatever you're struggling with or wish to improve - it all starts with agreeing on a goal you want to achieve. We start working together by identifying your needs, clarifying your expectations and setting tangible yet challenging goals to work towards. This way, we have a clear understanding of what to work on, and we can measure your progress and adjust the objectives along the way.

  • ✅ increased self-awareness regarding your issues

    Talking to a stranger about your mental health can be difficult and intimidating. That's why I prioritize creating a non-judgmental, safe space within which you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I'll help and guide you through this process of untangling your thoughts and emotions and making sense of them. You can expect to gain a deeper understanding of your psyche in a compassionate, supportive setting.

  • ✅ understanding of your unhelpful beliefs / problematic behaviors

    When you change your beliefs, you change your reality. To do that, you first need to gain a deep understanding of the way your mind impacts your behaviours, emotions and decisions in daily life. In our work together, you can expect me to address the beliefs or behaviours that no longer serve you and show you ways to replace them with healthy alternatives.

  • ✅ using practical tools and techniques to support your well-being

    You understand your issues, now what? How to cope with them? The most transformative part of our work together would focus on using practical tools and techniques depending on your unique need, i.e.: - applying non-violent communication to set healthy boundaries or manage conflicts, - using mindfulness and stress reduction techniques to calm anxiety and relax, - applying the rules of third-wave CBT therapies, such as ACT or DBT, to regulate your emotions and cultivate self-compassion and radical acceptance to silence your inner critic.

  • ✅ building confidence to fulfill your potential

    Instead of doubting yourself, feeling as if you're not enough or giving up on your dreams, in our sessions, we'll work on building your self-esteem, confidence and motivation to keep growing and maintaining ambitious goals. With my assistance, you can expect to get excited about your self-development journey!
