1-Initial Brief & Discovery Phase: quick conversation with the client to understand the goals, audience and design needs aligned with the project

2- Proposal & Timeline: showcasing a first version of a tailored plan, including agreements on deliverables, deadlines and pricing

3- Concept Drafts: Moodboard with initial ideas, styles or sketches to show perspective and overview of the visual direction

4- Design & Development: bring the project to life based on the agreed tools and resources, depending on the scope (Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator, IG, etc)

5- Feedback & Revisions: collectively review and request edits to ensure alignment with the vision

6- Final Delivery & Follow-up (if needed): Sending of the agreed-upon files in final formats ready to be used, shared or posted. Ongoing support if necessary
