How is the work time calculated and billed?
You have 20 design hours available each month. All work is time-tracked per project, and at the end of the month you’ll receive a detailed report showing exactly how your hours were used.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No. Each month includes a fixed allocation of 20 hours. This ensures consistent availability and professional service for all clients without delays.
What happens if I run out of hours?
Additional hours can be booked at an hourly rate, provided availability allows and it doesn’t interfere with other clients
What is your preferred form of communication?
I prefer written communication and you’re free to choose the platform. What matters most is keeping everything in one place and in text form, so all project decisions and requirements remain clear and easy to reference.
