How will you understand my business and its unique needs?
I start with an in-depth consultation to learn about your business goals, target audience, current marketing strategies, and specific challenges. This helps me tailor a marketing plan that aligns with your unique needs and objectives. I also have hands-on experience in a variety of industries that will likely have some similarities to your project. I've worked on best-selling book launches, expanded a franchise from 4-16 locations, launched and managed online courses, managed marketing agencies, content creator brands, solopreneurs, and more.
What types of specialists will you hire for my marketing needs?
Depending on your budget and requirements, I will recruit specialists in areas such as social media management, content creation, SEO, graphic design, and paid advertising. These professionals will execute the various components of your marketing plan. It's always better to use specialists, but it can be difficult to manage all of them as a founder or CEO. I am taking that off of your plate so you can focus on the big picture.
What if I already have some marketing team members?
I can work with your existing team, providing strategic oversight and coordinating efforts to ensure all activities are aligned with the overall marketing plan. If additional expertise is needed, I can help recruit and onboard new specialists. I can also provide insight into where your existing team may need more training or where changes should be made to help them be more efficient.
How often will we communicate?
We will have regular check-ins on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks. Additionally, I will provide monthly performance reports and be available for ad-hoc meetings as needed. Ultimately, every project is different and we will personalize this aspect of your contract so that communication is at a level that gives you peace of mind.
