Yes... Unfortunately, I have been burnt by previous clients who have decided that they haven't needed my service upon final payment. This is obviously extremely irritating for both parties. Upon agreeing to work with any marketing/content production service, clients should be aware of the risk of paying for a service and know that it is non-refundable.
For the initial call, come ready to share your vision, goals, and any references or examples you love. If you’re not sure yet, don’t worry—we’ll work together to clarify your ideas during the discussion. The more information I receive, the quicker the project will take.
I accept most standard file formats such as MP4, MOV, or AVI. You can upload your files via my personal Google Drive. I’ll guide you if there’s anything specific required.
