• Can I Mix & Match Deliverables?

  Yes! My prices are negotiable. Please contact me to sort out bundle deals for your project :)

• Do I have to pay 50% Up Front?

  Yes... Unfortunately, I have been burnt by previous clients who have decided that they haven't needed my service upon final payment. This is obviously extremely irritating for both parties. Upon agreeing to work with any marketing/content production service, clients should be aware of the risk of paying for a service and know that it is non-refundable.

• What should I prepare for the initial consultation?

  For the initial call, come ready to share your vision, goals, and any references or examples you love. If you’re not sure yet, don’t worry—we’ll work together to clarify your ideas during the discussion. The more information I receive, the quicker the project will take.

• What file formats or sizes should I use for footage submission?

  I accept most standard file formats such as MP4, MOV, or AVI. You can upload your files via my personal Google Drive. I’ll guide you if there’s anything specific required.

• How many rounds of revisions are included?

  I include one round of revisions with every project. This ensures we can fine-tune the video while keeping the timeline efficient. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee (£35/revision).

• Will I retain full rights to the video once it’s delivered?

  Yes, once the final invoice is paid, you’ll own full rights to the video. This includes the ability to use it across any platform or purpose you choose.

• What formats will I receive for the final video?

  The final deliverables will be provided in formats optimized for your chosen platforms (e.g., MP4 for social media or high-resolution files for presentations). If you need something specific, just let me know.
