Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation Our collaboration begins with a personal touch—an initial call to establish our working relationship and discuss your vision. During this call, we’ll dive into the details of the project, exploring your goals, creative ideas, and the specific deliverables you need. This step ensures that I fully understand your expectations and that we’re aligned on the direction for your content.
Step 2: Project Kickoff Once we’ve agreed on the deliverables and the creative direction, it’s time to officially begin. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the invoice total is required upfront. This step confirms your commitment and allows us to move forward with confidence and focus.
Step 3: Footage Submission You’ll provide the raw footage for your project—whether it’s clips, photos, or any other media assets. I’ll review everything to ensure the materials align with the agreed-upon vision and deliverables. If additional guidance on footage preparation is needed, I’m here to help.
Step 4: First Draft Creation With your footage in hand, I’ll create the first draft of your video. This initial version will showcase the structure, flow, and creative direction we’ve discussed. The goal is to provide a clear preview of the final product while leaving room for any adjustments you may have.
Step 5: Revisions and Feedback Along with the first draft, you’ll may provide a full list of possible revisions for me. You can review the video and provide detailed feedback, including any changes you’d like, areas to enhance, or new footage to incorporate. This step ensures the video aligns precisely with your expectations.
Step 6: Final Edits and Delivery After incorporating your revisions, I’ll finalise the video. Once completed, you’ll receive all the agreed-upon deliverables in their final polished form. At this stage, the remaining 50% of the invoice will need to be settled. Upon receipt of payment, all files will be officially handed over to you.

  • Can I Mix & Match Deliverables?

    Yes! My prices are negotiable. Please contact me to sort out bundle deals for your project :)

  • Do I have to pay 50% Up Front?

    Yes... Unfortunately, I have been burnt by previous clients who have decided that they haven't needed my service upon final payment. This is obviously extremely irritating for both parties. Upon agreeing to work with any marketing/content production service, clients should be aware of the risk of paying for a service and know that it is non-refundable.

  • What should I prepare for the initial consultation?

    For the initial call, come ready to share your vision, goals, and any references or examples you love. If you’re not sure yet, don’t worry—we’ll work together to clarify your ideas during the discussion. The more information I receive, the quicker the project will take.

  • What file formats or sizes should I use for footage submission?

    I accept most standard file formats such as MP4, MOV, or AVI. You can upload your files via my personal Google Drive. I’ll guide you if there’s anything specific required.

  • How many rounds of revisions are included?

    I include one round of revisions with every project. This ensures we can fine-tune the video while keeping the timeline efficient. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee (£35/revision).

  • Will I retain full rights to the video once it’s delivered?

    Yes, once the final invoice is paid, you’ll own full rights to the video. This includes the ability to use it across any platform or purpose you choose.

  • What formats will I receive for the final video?

    The final deliverables will be provided in formats optimized for your chosen platforms (e.g., MP4 for social media or high-resolution files for presentations). If you need something specific, just let me know.
