Video Editing Prerequisites
Kickoff call
Branding assets (logos, mood boards, branding guidelines, brand photos, etc.)
You’ve been ready to get into the game, but don’t care for long videos. This is perfect for those in need of short-form content. Use the content to launch a series for a new product/service, behind-the-scenes videos, preview snippets for YouTube, etc.
Ideal platforms: Instagram in-feed posts/reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Phase 1 - You're in!
Pay your deposit, sign, and review your contract to secure your VIP spot. After everything is submitted, we'll schedule your kickoff call and go over the recording prep for the videos you'll be filming.
Phase 2 - Record and submit content
This is when you'll sit down and record your content. Once your content is recorded, you'll begin the file transfer process. I'll also put together your private music library to send over for review during this time.
Phase 3 - Kourtney's Prep
Once the file transfer process is complete, I'll begin to organize the files and video projects. In the meantime, you can review the private music library to provide me feedback on the song selections.
Phase 4 - It's finally here!
I'll spend 3-4 business days working on your final videos. Throughout the day you'll receive updates in your client portal and be able to provide live feedback via your review links. Once everything is finished, you'll get your videos and be blown away!

What's included

  • New Client Guide + Customized Portal

    Access your client portal which is our main hub for communication. Inside you’ll find that it's connected to all the systems and tools we’ll be using! This is where you'll find all of your tasks, video guides, and more throughout the entire project.

  • Video editing notes

    To make sure your messaging and video are clear, this will be used to create the initial edit. You can reference clip numbers and make notes about what you'd like to be included in the video.

  • Universal music license

    From personal to business to commercial use, you won't have to worry about copyright infringements.

  • Up to 4K final file format

    This will be the file format you'll receive your final videos in (unless discussed otherwise).

  • Access to system for collaborative video review and feedback

    Provide live feedback and annotations for your video(s).

  • 4-6 final video deliverables

    The number of videos the client will receive.
