How will we get started and communicate?
After you purchase the service, we’ll initiate the process promptly, either with a kick-off introduction meeting via Google Meets or through email communication—whichever method works better for you!
How long does the design process take?
The entire process usually takes around 3-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the branding and the collaboration involved.
We live in different time zones. Will this be an issue?
Not at all! I'll adjust my schedule to fit meetings and discussions at times that are convenient for you!

Structure - Organize and arrange content, begin to design the information architecture and user experience. Blueprint - Create the “wireframe” or content layout to include interface and navigation elements. Internal Usability Testing - Ensure all business requirements, user journeys, and tasks are accounted for before the start of the design phase.
Design
Visual Design - Establish color palette, fonts, images, and interface elements for all content types. Website Mock-Up Design - Provide Figma URL to provide collaboration on concepts, designs, and/or illustrations. Responsive Design - Optimizing site accessibility across all major devices. Internal Testing - Ensure all aspects of site planning, user interface, and user interaction design are implemented prior to site development.
Development
CMS Planning - CMS architecture and logic mapping *if CMS is needed. Convert Mock-Up to Production - Convert approved prototype to operational website. Technical SEO - Make sure everything is correctly setup to best practices on the technical side of SEO. Headers, div structure, title tags, meta descriptions, etc. QA - Bug testing, browser testing, device testing and compatibility measures.
Deployement
Preparation - Prepare hosting environment. Client Training - One on one CMS training with Client to demonstrate administrative features of website. Launch - Deploy site on client’s chosen hosting environment, update DNS records and test site.
Maintenance
New Landing Page Creation: Design and develop responsive landing pages to support campaigns and promotions. CMS Management: Regularly update and manage the CMS, including content scheduling and plugin maintenance. Copy/Content Updates: Refresh and optimize website content for accuracy, relevance, and SEO. Technical SEO: Enhance website performance and search engine visibility through optimization and structured data implementation. Security and Performance Monitoring: Conduct security scans, backups, and monitor website performance for a smooth user experience.
