Process

My design process begins with a thorough UX audit to understand the current state of your product and identify areas for improvement. I might also do some benchmarking and competitor analysis and research to understand the market and the problem the product tries to solve and how it differentiates from the others. If your product is still on idea yet, I then start with a deep understanding of what your idea is, what it could offer to users and what are the objectives and problems we wanna solve by building it. I then conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and behaviors, followed by creating detailed user flows and user journeys to map out the optimal paths for user interactions.

Using these insights, I develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline the structure of each page or screen. Once the layout is approved, I create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and visual design mockups to bring the design to life. To ensure consistency, I develop a design system that includes guidelines for colors, typography, and components.

Finally, I conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine the design, providing a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations. The process concludes with a detailed development handoff, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.
