Work principles: My work style gravitates around four quotes:

1-Think big start small. I will put in place strategies for significant successes. We will start small; we will experiment and quickly scale.

2-Action may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action. "Benjamin Disraeli" We are going to produce, test and release many things. Some of them will work, and many others will fail, but we will not stop. We will apply the Kaizen mentality. The Japanese word kaizen means "change for better."

3-Simple is beautiful But simple is not easy. To reach simplicity, we need to do much work to break the complexities that many times we selves create. As the business becomes more complex, its returns fall dramatically. This is not just because more marginal business is being taken. It is also because the act of making a business more complex depresses returns more effectively than any other means known to humanity. The most important answer is the cost of complexity.
