Do you provide payment options?
For most projects, I split payments into two: a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Larger projects can have milestone-based payments. Contra doesn't charge commissions, but Clients may incur a Stripe processing fee per payment. Credit card data isn't stored on Contra; payments are handled securely through Stripe.
What's the project timeline like?
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity, but I offer expedited options. Typically, logo design takes 1-2 weeks, brand identity projects range from 3-5 weeks, and websites are completed in 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind, timelines may adjust based on project specifics and feedback responsiveness.
How do we communicate?
We start with Zoom for project discussions and concept presentations. For quick updates, we use email or send short video updates via loom. I am flexible; if video calls aren't your thing, I am happy to chat over the phone or via email.
Can we work together if we're not in the same city?
Absolutely! The majority of my clients are remote, so we're well-versed in managing projects via live and pre-recorded video.
